Le Petit Ney

In Paris, there are a couple of restaurants where you can play board games once or twice a month.
Le petit Ney, a literary café, is one of them.

The closest station is Porte de Cligancourt (Metro ligne 4) or Porte de St-Ouen (Metro ligne 13).
From either station, take Boulevard Ney until you get to Avenue de la Porte de Montmartre. Go down the street to the north and you will see the restaurant on the right.

You don’t need to take an order actually, but you will get a dish and a dessert for at most 10 euro.
After paying 1 euro, you can play board games as many as you want from 7 pm to 11 pm.

In the restaurant, people of all ages enjoyed playing games.

The restaurant hosts many special events and you can check out the schedule before you go there.
You can play board games at “Soirée jeux” which means GAME NIGHT in French. Reservation is recommended if you are planning to visit in a group.

While this area is famous for a flea market, it is much quieter at night.

Thanks for your great list! - You are a life-saver. My wife is in Paris for a few days and was looking without much success for the Board Game "GO" (Classical Board Game) for our son. I have just sent her the names & contact information of 2 shops listed by you (Games in Blue and Variantes)
